We make every effort to fulfil your orders and ship your purchases in a timely manner. We are mostly a made-to-order small business and maintain a relatively small inventory of ready-to-ship products.

If a large order is placed, it might take us longer than 3 business days to make all the products going into the order. We will contact you if an order will take longer than 3 business days to fulfil. Also, please contact us before you order, if you need a product by a certain date, to ensure we can meet your expectations.
When it comes to shipping products, our ability to control the delivery only goes as far as when we drop the package off at the shipping service. We always use tracking on packages and make that information available to you. Sometimes, especially in the month of December, there are delays that are beyond our control. We are sorry and encourage you to view our return policy if a product arrives too late for your needs.
